이용약관

제1조 목적
본 약관은 고씨네(goseene)가 제공하는 치수노트(이하 “앱”)의 이용과 관련한 기본 사항을 정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 앱의 성격
치수노트는 사용자가 직접 잰 공간과 물건의 치수를 사진과 함께 기록하고, 같은 방향으로 입력한 치수를 비교하는 보조 도구입니다. 사진 픽셀에서 실제 치수를 자동 측정하지 않으며, 특정 물체의 설치 가능성을 보장하지 않습니다.
제3조 입력 내용과 데이터 관리
사용자가 입력하거나 첨부한 콘텐츠의 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 기록과 사진은 기본적으로 기기에 저장되며, 중요한 기록의 백업 파일 생성·보관·접근 권한 관리는 사용자가 직접 해야 합니다.
제4조 비교와 이용상의 주의
비교 결과는 사용자가 입력한 가로·높이·깊이의 같은 방향 치수를 기준으로 합니다. 문 열림, 배관, 조립 및 설치에 필요한 여유 공간은 사용자가 별도로 확인해야 합니다.
제5조 금지 행위
사용자는 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 방식으로 앱을 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
제6조 앱의 변경
운영자는 앱의 기능이나 제공 방식을 업데이트를 통해 변경할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 적절한 방법으로 안내합니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms describe the basic conditions for using MeasureNote, provided by goseene.
2. Nature of the App
MeasureNote is an aid for recording dimensions that you measure yourself, with photos, and comparing dimensions entered in the same direction. It does not measure real-world dimensions from photo pixels or guarantee that an object can be installed.
3. User Content and Data
You retain rights to the content you enter or attach. Records and photos are stored on your device by default. You are responsible for creating, storing, and protecting backups of important records.
4. Comparisons and Caution
Comparison results use the width, height, and depth values entered in the same direction. Check door clearance, plumbing, assembly, and installation allowances separately.
5. Prohibited Use
Do not use the app unlawfully or in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
6. Changes
App features or delivery may change through updates. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

第1条 目的
本規約は、goseeneが提供するMeasureNote（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する基本事項を定めるものです。
第2条 本アプリの性質
MeasureNoteは、利用者が自分で測った空間や物の寸法を写真とともに記録し、同じ方向に入力した寸法を比較する補助ツールです。写真のピクセルから実際の寸法を自動測定したり、設置可能性を保証したりするものではありません。
第3条 入力内容とデータ管理
利用者が入力・添付したコンテンツの権利は利用者にあります。記録と写真は原則として端末内に保存されます。重要な記録のバックアップの作成、保管、アクセス権限の管理は利用者が行ってください。
第4条 比較結果と注意
比較結果は、利用者が入力した幅・高さ・奥行きの同じ方向の寸法を基準にします。扉の開閉、配管、組み立て、設置に必要な余裕は別途確認してください。
第5条 禁止事項
他者の権利を侵害したり、法令に違反したりする方法で本アプリを使用しないでください。
第6条 変更
本アプリの機能や提供方法は、更新により変更される場合があります。重要な変更は適切な方法でお知らせします。
