1. 앱과 계정

팔기 사진은 계정 가입 없이 사용하는 사진 편집 앱입니다. 앱 자체 서버에서 사용자 계정을 운영하지 않습니다.

2. 사진과 프로젝트 데이터

사용자가 촬영하거나 선택한 사진, 프로젝트 및 편집 정보는 앱 기능을 위해 사용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 사진 편집은 기기 내부에서 처리하며, 사진을 팔기 사진 개발자 서버에 업로드하지 않습니다. 프로젝트나 사진을 삭제하려면 앱 안에서 해당 프로젝트 또는 사진을 삭제하세요. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 남아 있는 앱 데이터도 함께 제거될 수 있습니다. 사진 앱의 원본은 팔기 사진에서 프로젝트를 삭제해도 삭제되지 않습니다.

3. 내보낸 사진의 메타데이터

내보내기 이미지는 새 이미지로 렌더링하며, 원본의 EXIF/GPS 메타데이터를 그대로 복사하지 않도록 설계되어 있습니다.

4. 광고 및 추적

무료 사용자에게 광고를 제공하기 위해 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 사용할 수 있습니다. Google 및 광고 파트너는 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 광고 성과 측정, 분석, 부정 사용 방지, 보안 및 서비스 진단을 위해 기기 식별자, 광고 상호작용, 진단 또는 성능 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. iOS에서는 Apple의 앱 추적 투명성(App Tracking Transparency, ATT) 기능을 사용합니다. 필요한 경우 다른 회사의 앱 및 웹사이트 전반에서의 활동 추적을 허용할지 묻는 iOS 시스템 안내가 표시될 수 있습니다. 추적을 허용하지 않아도 사진 촬영, 편집, 저장, 공유 등 기본 기능을 계속 사용할 수 있습니다. 추적 권한은 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 확인하거나 변경할 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.

5. 개인정보 선택

유럽경제지역(EEA), 영국 및 스위스 사용자에게는 Google User Messaging Platform(Google UMP)을 통해 관련 광고 및 개인정보 선택 항목이 제공될 수 있습니다. 지역 및 동의 상태에 따라 동의 화면이 표시되며, 필요한 경우 앱 설정의 개인정보 선택 항목에서 Google의 개인정보 선택 화면을 다시 열 수 있습니다.

6. 인앱 구매

Pro 구매 및 복원은 Apple StoreKit/App Store를 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며 앱 개발자는 카드번호나 결제 정보를 직접 수집하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

1. About the app and accounts

Resale Photo Editor (Palgiphoto) is a photo-editing app that does not require an account. The app does not operate its own user-account server.

2. Photos and project data

Photos you capture or import, along with projects and editing data, are stored on your device to provide the app’s features. Photo editing is performed locally on your device; photos are not uploaded to Palgiphoto’s own servers. Delete a project or photo in the app to remove its project data. Deleting a project does not delete the original from Apple Photos. Removing the app may also remove app data stored on your device.

3. Exported image metadata

Exports are rendered as new images and are designed not to copy the original image’s EXIF/GPS metadata as-is.

4. Advertising and Tracking

Palgiphoto uses Google AdMob to display banner ads to free users. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, ad interactions, diagnostics, or performance information for advertising, frequency limiting, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service diagnostics. On iOS, Palgiphoto uses Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. When required, iOS may ask whether you allow tracking of your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. You can decline tracking permission and continue using the app’s core photo capture, editing, saving, and sharing features. You can review or change tracking permission in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. See Google’s Privacy Policy for details.

5. Privacy Choices

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Palgiphoto uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (Google UMP) to provide applicable advertising and privacy choices. Depending on your region and consent status, a consent screen may appear. When required, you can reopen Google’s privacy choices from the Privacy Options item in the app’s Settings.

6. In-app purchases

Palgiphoto Pro purchases and restoration are processed by Apple through StoreKit/App Store. Apple processes payment information; the developer does not directly collect or store payment card details.

フリマ出品写真の編集（Palgiphoto）は、アカウント登録なしで使える写真編集アプリです。アプリ独自のユーザーアカウント用サーバーは運営していません。

2. 写真とプロジェクトデータ

撮影・読み込みした写真、プロジェクト、編集情報は、アプリの機能を提供するため端末内に保存されます。写真の編集は基本的に端末内で行い、Palgiphotoの開発者が運営する独自サーバーへ写真をアップロードしません。プロジェクトや写真はアプリ内で削除できます。プロジェクトを削除しても、写真アプリ内の元画像は削除されません。アプリを削除すると端末内のアプリデータも削除される場合があります。

3. 書き出し画像のメタデータ

書き出し画像は新しい画像としてレンダリングされ、元画像のEXIF/GPSメタデータをそのまま複製しない設計です。

4. 広告とトラッキング

無料ユーザーへの広告表示のため、Google AdMobのバナー広告を使用しています。Googleおよび広告パートナーは、広告配信、頻度制限、広告効果の測定、分析、不正利用防止、安全性やサービス診断のため、端末識別子、広告の操作、診断・パフォーマンス情報を処理する場合があります。iOSではAppleのApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）を使用します。必要な場合、他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたいだアクティビティのトラッキングを許可するかどうかを確認するシステム画面が表示される場合があります。許可しなくても、写真の撮影、編集、保存、共有などの基本機能は引き続き利用できます。許可は 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング から確認・変更できます。詳しくはGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

5. プライバシー設定

EEA、英国、スイスのユーザーには、Google User Messaging Platform（Google UMP）を通じて広告およびプライバシーに関する選択肢が表示される場合があります。地域や同意状況に応じて同意画面が表示され、必要な場合はアプリの設定にある「プライバシー設定」からGoogleのプライバシー選択画面を再度開くことができます。

6. アプリ内課金

Palgiphoto Proの購入と復元はApple StoreKit/App Storeを通じて処理されます。決済情報はAppleが処理し、アプリ開発者がカード番号や決済情報を直接収集・保存することはありません。

7. お問い合わせと変更

プライバシーに関するお問い合わせは godand2002@naver.com までお願いします。アプリや適用される要件の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定する場合があり、その際は施行日を更新します。
