Privacy Policy

1. Photos and local processing
Photo Stamp: Date & Stickers lets you select photos, apply date and time styles, and add vintage stickers on your iPhone. Photo editing is processed on your device. The content of selected photos is not uploaded to or stored on Photo Stamp’s own servers.
2. Photo Library access
Photo access is used to select, edit, and save photos. Removing a photo from the Photo Stamp list only removes it from the app’s list; it does not delete the original in Apple Photos. Only results you explicitly save may be written to Photos as new images.
3. Advertising, consent, and tracking
Photo Stamp uses Google Mobile Ads to show ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable consent choices. Depending on your region, an advertising consent screen may appear. The advertising SDK may process approximate location, device identifiers, advertising data, app usage and product interactions, crash data, and performance data. Device ID may be used for advertising and tracking. An advertising path on iOS uses App Tracking Transparency (ATT), which may ask for tracking permission. You can manage tracking permission in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. Declining tracking does not prevent use of the core photo editing features. Google and its partners process data under their own policies.
4. Premium purchases
Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Purchases and restoration are processed through Apple App Store and StoreKit. Photo Stamp’s own servers do not store your card number or other payment card information.
5. Data removal
You can remove photos from the app’s list and remove local app data by deleting the app. This does not remove original photos in Apple Photos or edits you previously saved there.

1. 사진 및 기기 내 처리
사진 스탬프: 날짜·시간 꾸미기는 iPhone에서 사진을 선택하고 날짜·시간 스타일과 빈티지 스티커를 적용하는 앱입니다. 사진 편집은 기기에서 처리합니다. 사용자가 선택한 사진 내용은 Photo Stamp 자체 서버로 업로드하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
2. 사진 보관함 접근
사진 접근은 사진을 선택하고 편집·저장하기 위해 사용합니다. Photo Stamp의 목록에서 사진을 제거해도 앱 목록에서만 제거되며 Apple 사진 앱의 원본은 삭제되지 않습니다. 사용자가 명시적으로 저장한 편집 결과만 사진 앱에 새 사진으로 저장될 수 있습니다.
3. 광고·동의·추적
Photo Stamp는 광고 표시를 위해 Google Mobile Ads를, 해당 지역의 동의 선택을 위해 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)을 사용합니다. 지역에 따라 광고 동의 화면이 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 SDK는 대략적인 위치, 기기 식별자(Device ID), 광고 데이터, 앱 사용 및 제품 상호작용 정보, 충돌 진단 정보, 성능 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. Device ID는 광고 및 추적 목적으로 사용될 수 있습니다. iOS의 광고 경로에는 앱 추적 투명성(App Tracking Transparency, ATT)이 사용되며 추적 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 추적을 거부해도 기본 사진 편집 기능은 사용할 수 있습니다. 권한은 iOS 설정 > 개인정보 보호 및 보안 > 추적에서 관리할 수 있습니다. Google과 파트너의 데이터 처리는 각각의 정책을 따릅니다.
4. Premium 구매
Premium은 일회성 비소모성 인앱 구매입니다. 구매와 복원은 Apple App Store 및 StoreKit을 통해 처리합니다. Photo Stamp 자체 서버는 카드번호 등 결제카드 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
5. 데이터 삭제
앱 목록에서 사진을 제거할 수 있고, 앱을 삭제하면 기기의 로컬 앱 데이터도 제거할 수 있습니다. Apple 사진 앱의 원본이나 이전에 저장한 편집 결과는 삭제되지 않습니다.
6. 변경 및 문의

1. 写真と端末内での処理
写真スタンプ：日付とステッカーは、iPhoneで写真を選び、日付・時刻のスタイルやヴィンテージステッカーを追加するアプリです。写真の編集は端末内で処理されます。選択した写真の内容をPhoto Stamp独自のサーバーへアップロードしたり、保存したりすることはありません。
2. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス
写真へのアクセスは、写真の選択、編集、保存のために使用します。Photo Stampの「一覧から削除」はアプリ内の一覧からのみ削除し、Appleの写真アプリにある元の写真は削除しません。ユーザーが明示的に保存した編集結果のみ、新しい写真として写真アプリに保存される場合があります。
3. 広告・同意・トラッキング
Photo Stampは広告表示にGoogle Mobile Adsを、対象地域の同意の選択にGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）を使用します。地域によって広告の同意画面が表示される場合があります。広告SDKは、おおよその位置情報、端末識別子（Device ID）、広告データ、アプリの利用・製品とのインタラクション、クラッシュ診断情報、パフォーマンス診断情報を処理する場合があります。Device IDは広告やトラッキングに使用される場合があります。iOSの広告経路ではApp Tracking Transparency（ATT）による許可を求める場合があります。許可しなくても基本的な写真編集機能は利用できます。許可はiOSの 設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > トラッキング で管理できます。Googleとパートナーによるデータ処理には、それぞれのポリシーが適用されます。
4. Premiumの購入

5. データの削除
写真はアプリ内の一覧から削除でき、アプリを削除すると端末内のアプリデータも削除できます。Appleの写真アプリにある元の写真や以前保存した編集結果は削除されません。
