Terms of Use

1. Service
Photo Stamp: Date & Stickers is an iPhone app for adding date and time styles and vintage stickers to photos. Use the app in accordance with applicable law and these terms.
2. Your photos and editing
You are responsible for photos you choose and your right to use them. Editing is performed on your device. Removing an item from the app’s list does not delete its original in Apple Photos. Only results you choose to save may be added to Photos as new images.
3. Premium and payments
Premium is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks all Premium styles, use and saving of 80 vintage stickers, Premium editing features, and removes ads. Apple App Store and StoreKit process purchases, billing, and applicable refunds under Apple’s terms. No price is promised on this page; see the in-app App Store purchase sheet for the current price.
4. Purchase restoration
You can restore eligible purchases in Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases. Restoration depends on the Apple Account associated with the purchase.
5. Advertising
The free version may show ads. Advertising and consent choices are described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Availability and responsibility
The app may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for losses caused by device or platform failures, unavailable services, or uses outside the app’s intended function. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and contact

1. 서비스
사진 스탬프: 날짜·시간 꾸미기는 사진에 날짜·시간 스타일과 빈티지 스티커를 추가하는 iPhone 앱입니다. 관련 법령과 이 약관에 따라 이용해 주세요.
2. 사용자 사진과 편집
선택한 사진과 그 사용 권한은 사용자에게 책임이 있습니다. 편집은 기기에서 처리합니다. 앱 목록에서 항목을 제거해도 Apple 사진 앱의 원본은 삭제되지 않습니다. 사용자가 저장을 선택한 결과만 새 사진으로 사진 앱에 추가될 수 있습니다.
3. Premium과 결제
Premium은 일회성 비소모성 인앱 구매이며 구독이 아닙니다. 모든 Premium 스타일, 스티커 80종 사용 및 저장, Premium 편집 기능과 광고 제거를 제공합니다. 구매·청구·해당 환불은 Apple App Store와 StoreKit 및 Apple의 약관에 따라 처리됩니다. 가격은 이 페이지에 고정하지 않으며 구매 화면에서 현재 가격을 확인하세요.
4. 구매 복원
앱의 설정 → Premium → 구매 복원(Restore Purchases)에서 대상 구매를 복원할 수 있습니다. 구매에 사용한 Apple 계정에 따라 복원 가능 여부가 결정됩니다.
5. 광고
무료 버전에는 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고와 동의 선택에 대한 설명은 개인정보처리방침을 확인하세요.
6. 서비스 변경과 책임
앱 기능이 변경되거나 서비스가 제공되지 않을 수 있습니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 개발자는 기기·플랫폼 장애, 서비스 이용 불가 또는 앱의 목적을 벗어난 사용으로 발생한 손해에 책임지지 않습니다. 법률상 배제할 수 없는 권리는 제한하지 않습니다.
7. 변경 및 문의

写真スタンプ：日付とステッカーは、写真に日付・時刻のスタイルやヴィンテージステッカーを追加するiPhoneアプリです。適用法令と本規約に従ってご利用ください。
2. 写真と編集
選択する写真およびその利用権限についてはユーザーが責任を負います。編集は端末内で行われます。アプリ内の一覧から削除しても、Appleの写真アプリにある元の写真は削除されません。保存を選んだ編集結果のみ新しい写真として追加される場合があります。
3. Premiumと決済
Premiumは買い切り型の非消耗型アプリ内課金で、サブスクリプションではありません。すべてのPremiumスタイル、80種類のステッカーの使用・保存、Premium編集機能、広告の削除が含まれます。購入、請求、対象となる返金はApple App StoreとStoreKitにより、Appleの規約に従って処理されます。価格はこのページに固定せず、購入画面でご確認ください。
4. 購入の復元
アプリ内の 設定 → Premium → Restore Purchases から対象の購入を復元できます。復元は購入時のApple Accountに基づきます。
5. 広告
無料版には広告が表示される場合があります。広告と同意の選択についてはプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
6. 変更と責任
アプリの機能が変更されたり、利用できなくなったりする場合があります。適用法令で許される範囲において、開発者は端末・プラットフォームの障害、サービスの利用不能、本来の目的以外の利用による損害について責任を負いません。法律上制限できない権利は制限しません。
7. 規約の変更とお問い合わせ
